Return Policy

We sincerely appreciate your purchase and hope you are pleased with your item. If you encounter any issues related to a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to repair it and send it back to you. Please note that once the product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for changes of mind. For any concerns that arise after 30 days of delivery, we kindly suggest visiting your local jewelry store for repairs. For issues reported within 30 days of delivery, we are here to assist you with repairs. For further details, please refer to our return policy outlined below.

Returns

All returns could be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Please make sure that the items being returned are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still intact. Only the items listed are eligible for returns. Unfortunately, custom orders are not returnable or refundable. Thank you for your cooperation!

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@fineflash.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address :

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Damaged Products

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note,

  1. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for listed returns. Custom Order can not be refunded or eligible for return.
  2. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
